Staying at Budapest Airport Hotel Stacio was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had a beautiful garden area, which was nice to relax in. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and made everything easy. I loved the spacious room equipped with a mini-bar and the comfortable bedding. Breakfast offered a good variety, much more than just continental fare. However, I found the restaurant's dinner options underwhelming. The hot food served was cold at times, and it felt rushed during busy hours. Also, the Wi-Fi worked poorly in the room, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, staff were polite and accommodating.

The bathroom layout presents challenges, particularly the high-edged bathtub that's difficult to access and a shower head poorly positioned, which leads to excessive splashing and a slippery floor. Despite having requested assistance regarding the room's inconveniences, there were no alternatives offered when we experienced issues with water management and an uncomfortable setup, which made for frustrating nights before an early departure.

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, with a helpful shuttle service. The room was spacious enough for three guests, and we appreciated the large selection at breakfast, which changed throughout our stay. However, the shower had drainage issues.
